Support Licenses
Support Licenses apply when help is needed for Developer products—ACKAPI software API, BHAPI hardware API, BIOPAC Basic Scripting license, or Network Data Transfer license—or for complex or difficult setup and analysis questions requiring extensive support personnel involvement.
A support ticket is required for assistance unrelated to hardware failure or software bug—normal but sophisticated use of product—requiring extensive BIOPAC expertise.
An issue requiring 60-90 minutes of dedicated time by BIOPAC support personnel constitutes one ticket.
A 1-year Support License provides for up to the specified number (5, 10, or 20) of support tickets in a 12-month period.
