BIOPAC Telemetry on National Geographic

BIOPAC’s TEL100C remote monitoring system was used to record biomedical data for the “Super Strength” episode on the National Geographic Channel. (Note: The TEL100C System has been replaced by BioNomadix Wireless Physiology.)

The episode features Mark Phillipe—an America’s Strongest Man winner—pulling a truck that is 85 times his weight while BIOPAC equipment measures his muscle activity, breath-by-breath ventilation rate, heart rate, and load cell signal.
