CAP100C is typically connected to inputs on the EEG100C Electroencephalogram amplifier.
- To connect to older model 100A-series or 100B-series amplifiers, add cable CBL201 safety socket.
- For unipolar EEG, connect the reference lead (that will typically connect to an electrode on the ear or mastoid bone) to the VIN- of one of the EEG amplifiers. Then, using JUMP100C cables (or JUMP100 cables for B series amplifiers), connect this VIN- to all other VIN- jacks on all EEG amplifiers. See set up details at Unipolar EEG.
- To connect to an MP3X data acquisition unit, add shielded electrode interface cable SS1LA.
Wireless EEG recording options include the Dual EEG BioNomadix with BN-EEG-CAPSYS or the B-Alert X10 with AcqKnowledge for 9 channels of high fidelity EEG plus ECG, with optional Cognitive State Analysis software.
